Updates from the Sky

Did you feel the presence of the full moon? On July 20th, we experienced a full moon at 29 degrees in Capricorn. Capricorn is the practical and ambitious archetype ruled by the disciplined and structured Saturn. This potent lunar event was closely aligned with transformational Pluto, which is at 0 degrees Aquarius now.

On a personal note, the full moon was transiting my natal Sun and Venus, which are in my 7th house. This occurred at the critical 29th degree, a point known for endings, culminations, and the recognition of new beginnings. The 7th house represents one-to-one relationships, including long-term personal and business relationships, as well as legal contracts. I felt the prescense!

I engaged in a powerful full moon session where we addressed and highlighted some areas in our lives that needed recognition or change. We ended it with a guided meditation encouraging us to release outdated narratives, belief systems, and anything not serving our highest selves. I’m always in awe of how powerful it is to put your thoughts and feelings into words. Either you hear how silly you sound and let it go, or the help and guidance you need shows up—in one way or another.

Now that the Sun has entered Leo, we’re welcoming a collective energy of confidence and generosity. Embrace your inner star and confidently express your unique talents and creativity. Celebrate life with joy and passion while staying true to yourself!

What’s hot - what’s not
I’m feeling fiesty today! The audacity to decide what’s hot and what’s not. You don’t always find me in that mood - confident enough to share my opinions like that in a newsletter. I got over some good quotes earlier that I feel is the fuel to this fire. Or maybe it’s the aftermath of surrendering to the powers of the full moon…I’ll insert them here for you too and then I’ll tell you what’s hot and what’s not!

Which one did you resonate with?

Back to the list!

HOT

anklesocks that you can see in your sneakers
fun and colorful accessories
homemade granola

NOT

invisible socks
old money pearls and diamonds anywhere and everywhere
artificial snacks

Recipe for granola:

Mix in a small bowl; Melted coconut oil, honey/agave/syrup of choice, water, cinnamon, cardamom and salt. Don’t be shy with the liquids!
Mix in a bigger bowl; Oats, nuts and seeds of choice and finely chopped dates.

Pour your wet mixture over the dry and blend/squeeze it in until all is covered. Mix more liquids if needed. Pour it onto a tray covered in a baking sheet and place in the oven for around 30 minutes or until it’s ready. Keep the temperature around 175-200 degrees and stir every five minutes to make sure every piece gets roasted and crunchy.

Coconut flakes are additional and can be added midway through cooking or after depending on how you like it.

Thank you Emmie for reminding me about how yummy granola can be!

If you’re in Stockholm treat yourself with a stop here to try their granola!

WWW(IBES)

I can’t decide if I love or hate what I choose to call this segment. Basically it’s stuff that I found on the world wide web that I felt like passing on to you…

Charlis’ music video to her song 360! Sometimes you just need a lil mix of all the good things at one place. Girls, sarcastic sense of humor, attitude, successful women supporting over branches, a thought-through story telling and hot beat! Who did you spot? 👀

Also Spotify launched a betaversion for premiumusers to watch music videos in their app! That’s where I saw the video! Some songs have the button “Switch to video” above the title when in “player mode”.

For my Astro nerdy friends who speaks Swedish. I found this episode very interesting!

I finish the list of with this little cutie that I’ve seen in my inbox now a few times! That green color is so chic!

If you made it all the way down - thank you for spending time with me!

I want to say goodbye on a more serious note and leave you with this…It’s not what you say that people remembers - It’s how you made them feel!

Stay Sparkly,
